Silber Turbos Chain Drive Conversion for Harley-Davidson Touring Models

Upgrade your Harley-Davidson Touring bike with the Silber Turbos Chain Drive Conversion, designed to convert 2009-up FLT Touring models from belt drive to chain drive.

This conversion kit features specially designed front and rear sprockets engineered for true bolt-on installation, eliminating the need to grind or modify the inner primary for sprocket clearance. The kit uses a 27-tooth front sprocket and 57-tooth rear sprocket, maintaining the factory gear ratio while providing the strength and durability of a chain-drive setup.

Both sprockets feature a drilled design that is heat treated and coated for long-term durability. The included cush drive assembly is CNC machined from billet aluminum and finished in black anodize, providing a clean, high-quality appearance and robust construction.

The conversion requires a 530 chain, 140 links in length. The chain will need to be cut to the proper length during installation. Chain is sold separately.

The Silber Turbos Chain Drive Conversion is compatible with both factory and aftermarket cush-drive rear wheels, making it a versatile upgrade for stock bikes as well as custom and high-performance builds.
