Flasher blocked drivers fix
Download this: Removal Script
- Open Settings → System → Recovery.
- Under Advanced startup, click Restart now.
- Choose Troubleshoot → Advanced options → UEFI Firmware Settings → Restart.
- In the BIOS/UEFI screen, look for Secure Boot (usually under the Security, Boot, or Authentication tab).
- Set Secure Boot to Disabled. (On some computers you may need to change OS Type to “Other OS” or clear keys first if the option is greyed out.)
- Save and exit (usually press F10, then confirm)
Your computer will restart into Windows with Secure Boot turned off.
Step 2: Remove the blocking policy
Open the file "run me as admin" in the zip folder Downloaded above. Make sure to "Run the file as Administrator". Reboot when it finishes.
Step 3: Install the Flasher drivers
- Make sure the OpenPort 2.0 is unplugged from USB.
- Run the flasher drivers download
- Right-click the installer and choose Run as administrator.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and complete the installation.
- Plug the OpenPort 2.0 back in (preferably directly into a USB port, not a hub).
- Open Device Manager and confirm the device appears without a yellow warning triangle.
Step 4: Turn Secure Boot back on
Once the driver is working, you can re-enable Secure Boot in the BIOS if you want the extra protection. Resume BitLocker if you suspended it earlier.
