Return Policy
-- ALL SALES ARE FINAL-- Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot accept returns nor provide refunds.
By exception, Silber Turbos may allow a return of new, unopened products, with a restocking fee of 25% and minus any shipping charges. To be eligible for a return you must be given an RMA number by Silber Turbos and clearly write it on the outside of the packaging.
Silber Turbos will not provide a refund and is not responsible for any items returned without an approved RMA number.
WAIVER & DISCLAIMER
Release, Waiver and Disclaimer of all Claims
Buyer purchases from Silber Service/Silber Service LLC with the understanding that the turbo kit/system and parts is an aftermarket racing product intended for experienced riders and acknowledges that the use of the product is beyond the control of Silber Service/Silber Service LLC. Buyer, therefore, does hereby and for its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns release, acquit and forever discharge Silber Service/ Silber Service LLC, his, her, their, or its agents, servants, successors, heirs, executors, administrators and all other associated persons, firms, corporations, associations or partnerships of and from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, rights damages, costs, loss of service, expenses and/or compensation whatsoever, which Buyer now has/have or which may hereafter accrue on account of or in any way growing out of the use, installation, quality, workmanship, material, effect or affect upon the snowmobile installed upon, whether such claim involves bodily injury, performance and any other claim that may arise.
Buyer understands and accepts all risk that may be associated with the use of any/ all Silber Service/ Silber Service LLC products and turbo systems. In the event that Buyer resells/transfers a Silber Service/Silber Service LLC product and turbo systems, or sells/transfers any vehicle upon which a Silber Service/Silber Service LLC product and turbo system is installed, Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Silber Service/ Silber Service LLC from and against any and all claims which may hereafter accrue on account of or in any way growing out of the use, installation, quality, workmanship, material, effect or affect upon the snowmobile installed upon, whether such claim involves bodily injury, performance and/or any other claim that may arise.
Buyer agrees to be bound by the above stated Terms and Conditions.
Returns
Silber Turbos has the right to decline any return. If a return is accepted the product shall be in its original packaging, not installed and all original packing material in box. Buyer shall be subjected to 25% of purchase price for a return that is accepted. Once a product is used or installed, Silber Turbos will no longer accept any return.
We strongly urge our customers to be certain they want the purchase before going froward with said purchase.
Deposit
All deposits placed on kits are non-refundable.
All invoice past due more than 30 days are subject to a 10% late fee per month.
Silber Turbos – Cancellation Policy
At Silber Turbos, every turbo kit we produce is custom-built to order. Unlike off-the-shelf products, each kit requires careful planning, sourcing, and assembly using components from multiple specialized suppliers. From the moment an order is placed, our team begins allocating resources, purchasing parts, and scheduling production to ensure the highest level of quality and performance.
Because of this highly customized process, all orders are considered final upon purchase.
If a customer chooses to cancel their order after it has been placed, the cancellation will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. This fee reflects the immediate costs incurred once production begins, including non-refundable supplier orders, labor allocation, and administrative processing.
We strongly encourage customers to be fully confident in their purchase before completing their order. Building a Silber Turbos kit is a detailed and labor-intensive process that involves:
- Sourcing premium components from multiple vendors
- Precision planning and configuration specific to your setup
- Skilled assembly and quality control to meet our performance standards
This work begins right away, which is why cancellations have a direct impact on both material costs and production scheduling.
